1. What Senda is
Senda is a fan-made pilgrimage app: it maps real places connected to the artists you follow, tracks routes (“Ways”) you walk in person or from home, and keeps your record - stamps, walked stages, reflections, and a digital certificate. Senda is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any artist, label, or entertainment company. Artist names are used only to identify the subject of fan activity.
2. Estimates and bookings
Travel figures shown in Senda (flights, stays, totals) are estimates, clearly marked as such, and can be wrong. Ticket prices and on-sale dates come from third-party sources and can change. Senda never sells you anything travel-related: booking links hand you to third-party partners (for example Booking.com, Kayak, or ticket sellers), and any purchase is between you and them, on their terms. Some links may earn Senda a commission at no extra cost to you.
3. Visiting places
Stops in Senda are real-world locations: streets, schools, businesses, beaches, working offices. You visit them at your own risk and judgment. Respect private property, posted rules, local law, and the people who live and work there. Never enter restricted areas, school grounds, or active rail infrastructure to earn a stamp. A stamp is never worth an unsafe or disrespectful act.
4. Your account and content
You're responsible for your account and what you write in it (guestbook lines, reflections, display name). Don't post unlawful, hateful, or harassing content, other people's personal information, or spam. We can remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. You keep ownership of what you write; you give us the license needed to store and display it inside the product.
5. The service
Senda is provided “as is,” without warranties. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Senda's liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.
